Natural Choices Health Care provides FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS except :

• when package weight exceeds 2.2 lbs (1 kg)
• when package exceeds the dimensions provided by Canada Post
• when any medication ordered requires refrigeration or express delivery

International Shipping Cost (Outside Canada or the US):

Shipping cost will vary be between $20.00- $50.00 USD.

Please call us toll free at 1-866-299-3784 or email at info@naturalchoiceshealthcare.com to get a quote on the shipping fees if your order requires shipment outside Canada or the US. International orders require additional postage based on the destination and package weight/size. You may place your order using the shopping cart, and we will pack your order and inform you of the shipping cost to be paid. If the shipping cost is unacceptable to you, we will not ship your order.

Natural Choices Health Care.com also sends group orders, (i.e. families or residents sharing an address) provided that orders are placed on the same day and the products are available to be shipped together.

Shipping Method, Time, and Tracking:
Packages shipped from Canada are shipped through Canada Post using either ExpresPost USA which has a delivery expectation of 4-5 business days or Expedited Parcel U.S.A. which has a delivery expectation of 6 to 12 business days between major centre’s in Canada and major centre’s in the U.S.A. (Some exceptions apply). Express Post U.S.A. is our premier shipping method ensuring fast delivery.

Every package that is shipped from Canada has a tracking number provided by Canada Post and can be tracked by visiting the Canada Post website. If you require assistance with tracking your order, or have not received it within 14-days after we send you notification that your order has been shipped, please call us toll-free at 1-866-299-3784.

Please note that some orders ship in multiple packages. If you receive a partial order and need to inquire about the remaining medication, please call us. To ensure that your medication arrives on time, please remember to place your order well in advance. Sometimes issues such as backorders and packages randomly selected for inspection by the US Customs can cause unforeseen delays.

It is a good idea to always place order a minimum of 3-4 weeks before your current supply runs out.
