Shipping Policy
SHIPPING DETAILS: (For US and Canadian residents only)
Natural Choices Health Care provides FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS except :
- when package weight exceeds 2.2 lbs (1 kg)
- when package exceeds the dimensions provided by Canada Post
- when any medication ordered requires refrigeration or express delivery
International Shipping Cost (Outside Canada or the US):
$35.00 USD.
Although Natural Choices Healthcare offers shipping to most international countries, it is best to call us first and confirm. Please call us toll free at 1-866-299-3784 or email us at info@naturalchoiceshealthcare.com to find out if we can ship to your country.
Natural Choices Health Care.com also sends group orders, (i.e. families or residents sharing an address) provided that orders are placed on the same day and the products are available to be shipped together.
Shipping Method, Time, and Tracking:
Packages shipped from Canada are shipped through Canada Post using either ExpresPost USA (cold chain products such as insulins) which has a delivery expectation of 3-5 business days or Expedited Parcel U.S.A. which has a delivery expectation of 7 to 10 business days between major citys in Canada and the U.S.A. (Some exceptions apply). Express Post U.S.A. is our premier shipping method ensuring the fastest delivery.

Every package that is shipped from Canada has a tracking number provided by Canada Post and can be tracked by visiting the Canada Post website. If you require assistance with tracking your order, or have not received it within 14-days after we send you notification that your order has been shipped, please call us toll-free at 1-866-299-3784.
Please note that some orders ship in multiple packages. If you receive a partial order and need to inquire about the remaining products, please call us. To ensure that your order arrives on time, please remember to place your order well in advance. Sometimes issues such as backorders and packages randomly selected for inspection by the US Customs can cause unforeseen delays.
All orders shipped from one of our international distribution centres are shipped using regular mail. You can expect to receive your order within 7-14 business days after it is shipped. Please contact us to find out how your order will be shipped.
It is a good idea to always place order a minimum of 3-4 weeks before your current supply runs out.
Shipping prices for all countries, including Canada and the US, are subject to change without notice.
Return and Refund Policy
Please call us at 1-866-299-3784 first if you wish to return a product that you ordered from us.
Natural Choices Healthcare will issue a 100% full refund to customers who provide a satisfactory reason for the cancellation and/or return of an order.
Natural Choices Healthcare WILL ISSUE A 100% FULL REFUND when:
- A shipping error made was by Natural Choices Healthcare which resulted in the customer not receiving their correct order.
- Product(s) were lost or damaged during the shipping process.
Natural Choices Healthcare WILL NOT REFUND the full amount once the order is shipped if:
- The customer decides to purchase the product elsewhere.
- The customer refuses the order.
- customer error (i.e. customer ordered the wrong product or provided an incorrect shipping address)
- If the customer cancels the order with legitimate reason(s):
- and the order is still at Natural Choices Healthcare, a full refund will be credited to the customer's credit card.
- and the customer has received their order, a full refund minus $20 USD will be credited to the customer's account to cover the shipping and handling costs once the product has been returned (the returned products must be unopened and in their original packaging).
- and the customer refuses the order upon arrival, a full refund minus $30 USD will be credited to the customer's account to cover administration fees, and dual shipping costs once the product has been returned.

If you receive an order that is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately and we will reship your order. We do ask that you mail back the product(s), un-opened and in its original condition via regular US Postal Mail Service (USPS). DO NOT SHIP/RETURN ANY PRODUCT TO US VIA UPS, FEDEX, DHL OR ANY OTHER FORM OF EXPRESS SHIPMENT. All returnS require prior authorization. If you need to return something or received something that you did not order, please contact us.
