1. How does your Online service work? Natural Choices Healthcare is an e-commerce site that provides wholesale prices on safe, inspected healthcare products. We are based out of Vancouver, British Columbia; Canada. We offer generic and brand name OTC medications at discount prices; the same products that are available in the United States at discounted prices! Natural Choices Healthcare will not share, rent, trade, or sell your personal information to any outside companies. Any personal and medical information you provide to us via our website, in writing, or over the phone will be held in strict confidence and cannot be accessed or used except for the sole purpose of completing your order. 3. What do I do if I receive the wrong order? If there is any kind of mix-up with your order or you receive something you did not order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to make things right. We do ask that you mail back the original order, un-opened and in its original condition via regular US Postal Mail Service. DO NOT SHIP VIA UPS OR ANY OTHER FORM OF EXPRESS SHIPMENT. All returned products require prior authorization, so please contact us at 1-866-299-3784. 4. Do I get charged a shipping fee for each product? NO. We offer free shipping on all orders unless it’s a bulk order or requires special shipping/handling methods. We also charge an extra fee for international orders outside the US and Canada. 5. How do I pay for my order? Natural Choices Healthcare accepts all Visa and MasterCard, personal and certified cheques, and money orders. Note: If you pay by cheque, it may take us longer to process your order due to cheque clearing delays. 6. Is ordering online via the Internet safe? Yes, it’s safe to order online through our website. All information you provide online is accepted through a secure shopping cart. Our website is tested and certified daily by the HACKER SAFE security system… it prevents 99.99% of Internet identity theft and credit card fraud from occurring. 7. How can I check the status of my order? Simply login to your account and click on the “Order History” link. You can track your order online through Canada Post by entering in the "Tracking ID" that was emailed to you, or just call us at 1-866-299-3784. 8. How competitive are your prices? Because Natural Choices Healthcare.com is a wholesale supplier, it’s hard to beat our prices! But if you do find a lower price for the exact same product, then call us and let us know and we will match their price (on identical products + shipping costs). When comparing our prices to our competitors, please keep in mind that we provide FREE Shipping* and no hidden charges. 9. Why is OTC medication so affordable in Canada? Due to a national health care system, the Canadian government regulates the pricing of OTC medications. This limits and restricts drug companies on how much they can charge. For this reason, most Canadian products are priced much lower than those marketed in the US. The quality of each product however is every bit as good as in the US. The Canadian government also encourages generic companies to produce substantially cheaper generic versions of brand name products, and so generic variations of brand name medicines become available much sooner in Canada then they do in the US. 10. Do I need a prescription (Rx) to order products from your company? No, you do not require a prescription to order from our website as we only sell OTC (over-the-counter) products. It’s similar to going to your local drugstore and purchasing them except you can do it from the comfort of your home! Please remember to always inform your doctor of all medications (prescription or OTC) you are taking because certain drugs should not be taken together. 11. What are Generic alternatives? Generic alternatives are chemically identical to Brand name products except for slight differences in appearance, but they cost substantially less. They are bio-equivalents to brand name products. A company which first discovers and markets a product, gets a "patent" for it, and is then the only company that is allowed to market it (aka Brand Name). After a period of time, usually 5 or 10-years, the patent expires and other companies are allowed to manufacture and market the exact same product at lower prices -- these are referred to as Generic alternatives (in Canada they are called Low Cost Alternatives). 12. Are generic alternatives safe? Yes, absolutely. Due to strict regulations on the Generic drug industry, these products have been tested and proven to deliver the same therapeutic relief as their Brand name counterparts. The reason Brand name products are so much more expensive than Generics is because the manufacturers of these products are trying to recoup their costs and make as much profit as they can before their "patent" runs out. Millions of people worldwide have been using low cost generics safely and effectively for years and saved a lot of money in the process. Natural Choices Healthcare makes these same Generic alternatives available to you. 13. What if you don't carry the products that I’m looking for? If you cannot find what you are looking for on our website, please contact us. If the product you need is not currently available in Canada, we may be able to recommend an equivalent or a similar alternative of what you are looking for. Some products are also sold under different names in different countries. 14. Do you accept returns? Please remember that the most important factor is for us is to keep our customers happy and satisfied with their shopping experience. Should you need to return a product, please call us toll-free and get prior authorization for a refund or credit of your order. Each order will be handed individually and accordingly. If the product you ordered was damaged, you must report the damage within 5 days of receiving the order. 15. Will the pills I receive look differently than the pills I get now? The pills you receive from Natural Choices Healthcare may look different if they are manufactured by a different manufacturer. Generic products may look different because most manufacturers choose to have different "fillers" (non-medicinal ingredients) in them. These "fillers" may change the color or flavor of the pills but not the potency. Generic pills contain the exact same chemical ingredients and will work the same way as their brand name counter-part. If you order Brand name products then they should look almost the same because they will have been manufactured by the same company. 16. What happens if my shipment is lost in transit? If your order is lost in the mail, Natural Choices Healthcare will send you a replacement at no charge. However, you may be held liable for the loss if it is determined you have provided us with an incorrect mailing address. 17. What if I have more than one mailing address? NO problem. Many of our customers have dual addresses. Just provide us with your new shipping information at the time of ordering and we will make sure your package is shipped to the right address. 18. Are there any hidden fees or other charges? NO, there are absolutely no additional fees or charges. The only fees that you will be charged are as follows:
Remember: Since you are making a purchase from Canada, your credit card company may charge additional service fees or currency conversion charges. How do I report problems with your website?
